In terms of research objective, this study is quantitative, and in terms of method, it is survey-based. The population consisted of investors in the public sports sector of East Azerbaijan Province. The statistical population was identified through a developed questionnaire, including approximately 710 individuals, and the statistical sample included investors in the field of public sports in East Azerbaijan Province who were selected through a simple random sampling method to complete the questionnaire. According to the Morgan table, 250 participants were chosen as the sample. The data collection tool in the quantitative section consisted of a researcher-made questionnaire with 67 items. According to the results obtained from the analysis of the questionnaire items, the causal factors influencing investment risk in public sports included human resources, managerial policymaking, macro-level planning, development of sports attractions, economic barriers, legal barriers, political barriers, and development of sports attractions. The contextual factors affecting investment risk in public sports included structural (software) factors, structural (hardware) factors, technical infrastructure, licensing, relative stability of policies and governing laws in society, bylaws and fundamental regulations, as well as local and foundational branding. The intervening factors influencing investment risk in public sports included systematic risk, unsystematic risk, public participation, and resources and equipment. All of these factors were confirmed.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل عوامل ریسک سرمایه گذاری در ورزش همگانی بر اساس رویکرد معادلات ساختاری است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف تحقیق از نوع کمّی از لحاظ نوع روش به صورت پیمایشی است. جامعه متشکل از سرمایه­گذاران در بخش ورزش همگانی استان آذربایجان شرقی بود. این جامعه آماری با پرسشنامه تدوین شده که تعداد آن‌ها در حدود 710 نفر بودند و نمونه آماری شامل سرمایه گذاران در حوزه ورزش همگانی استان آذربایجان شرقی به صورت روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده برای تکمیل پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. با توجه به جدول مورگان 250 نفر نمونه انتخاب شدند و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کمّی شامل پرسشنامه 67 سوالی به صورت محقق ساخته تدوین شده است. طبق نتایجی که از تحلیل سوال‌های این تحقیق بدست آمد عوامل علّی­اثر گذار بر ریسک سرمایه­گذاری در ورزش همگانی (نیروی انسانی، سیاست­گذاری مدیران، برنامه­ریزی­های کلان، توسعه جاذبه­های ورزشی، موانع اقتصادی، موانع حقوقی، موانع سیاسی و توسعه جاذبه­های ورزشی)؛ عوامل زمینه­ای اثرگذار بر ریسک سرمایه­گذاری در ورزش همگانی (عوامل ساختاری (نرم­افزاری)، عوامل ساختاری (سخت­افزاری)، زیرساخت‌های فنی، اعطای مجوز، ثبات نسبی سیاست‌ها و قوانین حاکم در جامعه، آیین­نامه­ها و قوانین اساسی و برندسازی بومی و پایه­ای)؛ عوامل مداخله­گر بر ریسک سرمایه­گذاری در ورزش همگانی(ریسک سیستماتیک، ریسک غیر سیستماتیک، مشارکت همگانی مردم، منابع و تجهیزات) مورد تایید قرار گرفتند.</p> https://journaltesd.com/index.php/tesd/article/download/133/126
