Therefore, the aim of the research was examine the responsibilities of the Social Security Organization regarding the disability of insured persons and the provision of medical services. This research was a descriptive-analytical from type of review. In this study, documents related to the disability of insured persons and the provision of medical services to them were examined. Therefore, the method of collecting information was library-based and by referring to documents. The results of the present research showed that the responsibilities of the Social Security Organization regarding the disability of insured persons and the provision of medical services were identified into two sections of the welfare and medical responsibilities of the Social Security Organization regarding the disability of insured persons (with three components of legal and social responsibilities, financial responsibilities and financial payments to insured persons, and executive and moral responsibilities) and the duties of the Social Security Organization regarding the provision of medical services (with five components of providing health and medical services, providing financing and medical expenses, contracting with medical centers and implementing prevention and health promotion programs, monitoring and evaluating the quality of medical services, and supporting and consulting to insured persons). According to the results of this study, improving and promoting the quality of medical services and better insurance coverage during disability is one of the important challenges that requires more attention and planning for the Social Security Organization. Because improving and promoting the responsibilities of the Social Security Organization towards disabled insured persons and provision better and more medical services is an important and fundamental need for disabled insured persons.</p> <p>سازمان تأمین اجتماعی به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان اساسی نظام رفاه و تأمین اجتماعی دارای وظیفه‌ها و مسئولیت‌های مهمی در برابر بیمه‌شدگان ازکارافتاده و ارائه خدمات درمانی به آنان دارد. بنابراین، هدف پژوهش بررسی مسئولیت‌های سازمان تأمین اجتماعی در قبال ازکارافتادگی بیمه‌شدگان و ارائه خدمات درمانی بود. این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع مروری بود. در این مطالعه، اسناد مربوط به ازکارافتادگی بیمه‌شدگان و ارائه خدمات درمانی به آنان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بنابراین، روش گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای و با مراجعه به اسناد صورت گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که مسئولیت‌های سازمان تأمین اجتماعی در قبال ازکارافتادگی بیمه‌شدگان و ارائه خدمات درمانی در دو بخش مسئولیت‌های رفاهی و درمانی سازمان تأمین اجتماعی در قبال ازکارافتادگی بیمه‌شدگان (با سه مولفه مسئولیت‌های قانونی و اجتماعی، مسئولیت‌های مالی و پرداخت‌های مالی به بیمه‌شدگان و مسئولیت‌های اجرایی و اخلاقی) و وظیفه‌های سازمان تأمین اجتماعی در قبال ارائه خدمات درمانی (با پنج مولفه تأمین خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، تأمین مالی و هزینه‌های درمانی، قرارداد با مراکز درمانی و اجرای برنامه‎های پیشگیری و ارتقاء سلامت، نظارت و ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات درمانی و پشتیبانی و مشاوره به بیمه‌شدگان) شناسایی شد. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه، بهبود و ارتقای کیفیت خدمات درمانی و پوشش بیمه‌ای بهتر در دوران ازکارافتادگی یکی از چالش‌های مهم و نیازمند توجه و برنامه‌ریزی بیشتر برای سازمان تأمین اجتماعی است. زیرا بهبود و ارتقای مسئولیت‌های سازمان تأمین اجتماعی در قبال بیمه‌شدگان ازکارافتاده و ارائه خدمات درمانی بهتر و بیشتر یک نیاز مهم و اساسی برای بیمه‌شدگان ازکارافتاده محسوب می‌شود.</p> https://journaltesd.com/index.php/tesd/article/download/194/146
