This study employed an exploratory mixed-methods design. In the qualitative phase, 20 experts in teacher education and university administrators were selected through purposive sampling based on theoretical saturation. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed through open, axial, and selective coding using MaxQDA. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population consisted of managers, deputies, faculty members, and student-teachers. A sample of 821 participants was determined using Cochran’s formula and cluster sampling. A researcher-made questionnaire with 41 items on a five-point Likert scale was administered. Instrument validity was assessed using face, content (CVR, CVI), and construct validity (CFA), and reliability was confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha and composite reliability. Data analysis was performed in SPSS-21 and Lisrel-8. Qualitative analysis identified eight core components out of 41 indicators: university management, educational evaluation, educational facilities, organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational support, trust, and social communication. Confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated that all items had significant factor loadings (&gt;0.72) with t-values above 1.96. Model fit indices were satisfactory (GFI=0.93, AGFI=0.91, CFI=0.95, RMSEA=0.07). A one-sample t-test evaluating expert judgment revealed that all model dimensions scored significantly above the expected mean (p&lt;0.01), confirming strong model adequacy. The final model demonstrates strong empirical and theoretical validity and offers a comprehensive framework capable of enhancing student-teacher preparation and supporting the effective implementation of the Fundamental Transformation Document within Farhangian University.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش، طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی نظام جامع تعلیم و تربیت دانشجومعلمان در دانشگاه فرهنگیان با تأکید بر سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته اکتشافی بود. در بخش کیفی، 20 نفر از خبرگان تعلیم‌وتربیت و مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و معیار اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌های کیفی با کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای (باز، محوری، انتخابی) و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MaxQDA انجام شد. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، معاونان، اساتید و دانشجومعلمان بود و نمونه 821 نفری با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و فرمول کوکران تعیین شد. ابزار کمی پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته 41 سؤالی با طیف لیکرت پنج‌درجه‌ای بود که روایی و پایایی آن با روش‌های CVR، CVI، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تأیید شد. تحلیل داده‌های کمی با SPSS-21 و Lisrel-8 انجام گرفت. نتایج تحلیل مضمون نشان داد که از 41 شاخص شناسایی‌شده، 8 مؤلفه اصلی استخراج شد: مدیریت دانشگاه، ارزشیابی آموزشی، امکانات آموزشی، ساختار سازمانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، حمایت سازمانی، اعتماد و ارتباط اجتماعی. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که تمامی گویه‌ها دارای بارعاملی معنادار (بیش از 0.72) و آماره t بالاتر از 1.96 بودند. شاخص‌های برازش مدل شامل GFI=0.93، AGFI=0.91، CFI=0.95 و RMSEA=0.07 همگی در محدوده قابل قبول بودند که نشان‌دهندۀ برازش مطلوب الگوی نهایی است. همچنین، آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای برای ارزیابی تناسب مدل از دید متخصصان نشان داد که تمامی مؤلفه‌ها معنادار و بالاتر از حد میانگین معیار بودند (Sig&lt;0.01). پژوهش حاضر الگوی جامعی ارائه می‌کند که بر اساس مؤلفه‌های کلیدی شناسایی‌شده، از اعتبار نظری و تجربی برخوردار است و می‌تواند برای ارتقای کیفیت تربیت دانشجومعلمان و اجرای اثربخش‌تر سند تحول بنیادین در دانشگاه فرهنگیان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</p> https://journaltesd.com/index.php/tesd/article/download/286/234
