ارائه الگوی شناسایی و جذب مدیران دورهی ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران

هدف اصلی این مقاله ارائه الگوی شناسایی و جذب مدیران دورهی ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران است. روش انجام پژوهش آمیخته(کیفی-کمی) است. برای انجام این پژوهش علاوه بر مطالعۀ اسنادی، از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون با نرم افزار MAXQDA14، برای شناسایی عوامل موثر بر شناسایی و جذب مدیران دورهی ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کلیه اعضای هیأت علمی در دانشگاهها و خبران رشته مدیریت آموزشی، منابع انسانی، روانشناسی تربیتی، آموزش ابتدایی و مدیران مدارس با سابقه و مدیران مناطق آموزش و پرورش بودند که تا اشباع نظری20 مصاحبه صورت گرفت. با توجه به مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته 3 بُعد 9 مولفه، 42 مقوله و 103 شاخص استخراج گردید. در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارشناسان و مدیران مناطق آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران بودند که با روش نمونه گیری کوکران 235 نفر انتخاب شد. نتایج نشان داد که بُعد ویژگیهای فردی با ضریب 0.887، ویژگیهای اجتماعی با ضریب 0.790 و بُعد ویژگیهای مدیریتی با ضریب 0.751 به ترتیب بر الگوی الگوی شناسایی و جذب مدیران دورهی ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران به ترتیب در اولویت اول تا سوم قرار دارند در نهایت، الگوی نهایی با پنج بُعد اصلی شامل فلسفه و اهداف، مبانی نظری، اصول اجرایی، نظام ارزیابی و سازوکار اجرایی ارائه و تأیید شد.
