شناسایی شبکه مضامین مدل جامع و یکپارچه در حوزه آموزش و فراگیری الکترونیکی

هدف این تحقیق شناسایی شبکه مضامین مدل جامع و یکپارچه در حوزه آموزش و فراگیری الکترونیکی است. آموزش و یادگیری الکترونیکی شکلی پیشرفته از یادگیری در سراسر شبکههای کامپیوتری است که در آن دانش آموز از ابزارهای الکترونیکی استفاده میکند تا او را قادر سازد تا با همکاران و معلم از سوی دیگر تعامل داشته باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از نظر خبرگان، شاخص ها، مؤلفهها و ابعاد به صورت اکتشافی شناسایی گردید. در خصوص شیوه استخراج این شاخص ها، لازم به ذکر است که این امر با بررسی مبانی نظری موجود و پیاده سازی متن مصاحبهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم براون و کلارک در نرم افزار ATLAS TI انجام شد. در این راستا، مصاحبه صورت گرفته تا حد اشباع نظری با 19 نفر از خبرگان مدیریت آموزش انجام شد، سپس متن مصاحبهها با استفاده از کدگذاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تحلیل مضمون شناسایی فناوریهای نوین در توسعه بیمه تكافل با تأکید بر هوش مصنوعی و بلاکچین نشان داد که 10 مضمون سازنده سطح دو، 51 مضمون سطح یک و 215 مضمون اولیه شناسایی شدند. مضامین سازنده اصلی عبارتند از زیرساختهای فناورانه پایه، طراحی آموزشی ساختاریافته، محتوای چندرسانهای هدفمند، تعاملیسازی محیط یادگیری، پشتیبانی فنی آموزشی، مدیریت منابع یادگیری، پایش و ارزیابی مستمر، تحلیل رفتار یادگیرنده، سیاستگذاری و راهبری کلان، توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی این مدل جامع و یکپارچهای که به زیرساخت، طراحی، محتوا، تعامل، پشتیبانی، ارزیابی، تحلیل، سیاستگذاری و نیروی انسانی بهصورت همزمان و یکپارچه توجه میکند، میتواند بنیانی قوی برای آموزش و یادگیری در عصر دیجیتال بسازد و تحول واقعی در سیستم آموزشی ایجاد نماید.
