شناسایی ابعاد و شاخصهای یادگیری محیط کار در نظام آموزش و پرورش

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ابعاد و شاخصهای یادگیری محیط کار در نظام آموزش و پرورش با رویکرد کیفی بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و بهکارگیری مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل متخصصان حوزه برنامهریزی درسی، مؤلفان کتب درسی و کارشناسان وزارت آموزش و پرورش بود که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. مصاحبهها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و در مجموع 13 نفر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. دادههای حاصل از مصاحبهها بهصورت کامل پیادهسازی و سپس با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. تحلیل دادهها منجر به استخراج هفت مؤلفه اصلی شد که عبارتند از: تعمیق دانش، گستره دانش، استمرار و انسجام، هدفمندی، ساختارمندی، جو یادگیری و تقاضامندی. هر یک از این مؤلفهها دارای شاخصهای اختصاصی بودند که نشاندهنده ابعاد مختلف یادگیری محیط کار در نظام آموزش و پرورش است. این یافتهها نشان داد که یادگیری در محیطهای آموزشی یک فرایند چندبعدی، پویا و در تعامل با شرایط سازمانی و فردی است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که شناسایی دقیق ابعاد و شاخصهای یادگیری محیط کار میتواند به طراحی سیاستها و برنامههای آموزشی مؤثر در نظام آموزش و پرورش کمک کند. تمرکز بر این ابعاد زمینهساز ارتقای توانمندیهای حرفهای معلمان، افزایش کیفیت آموزش و در نهایت توسعه پایدار در حوزه آموزش خواهد بود.
