تحلیل ماتریس اهمیت-عملکرد (IPMA) شاخصهای هوش تجاری برای ارزیابی آموزش عالی با استفاده از مؤلفههای مالکیت معنوی

هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدلی برای ارزیابی عملکرد آموزش عالی از طریق تحلیل ماتریس اهمیت-عملکرد (IPMA) شاخصهای هوش تجاری با ادغام و بهرهگیری از مؤلفههای مالکیت معنوی است تا مدیریت داراییهای نامشهود دانشگاهها بهبود یابد. این پژوهش کاربردی و به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی از تکنیک دلفی برای شناسایی شاخصها با مشارکت 20 خبره دانشگاهی استفاده شد و در بخش کمی، 193 کارشناس دانشگاهی بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردیدند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه محققساخته جمعآوری و با نرمافزارهای ATLAS.TI و SMARTPLS تحلیل شد. برای رتبهبندی مؤلفهها از تحلیل ماتریس اهمیت-عملکرد و برای بررسی روابط بین متغیرها از مدل حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد پنج بعد اصلی شامل معیارهای مالکیت معنوی، معیارهای هوش تجاری در آموزش عالی، شاخصهای ارزیابی آموزش عالی، رویههای حمایتی در آموزش عالی و چشمانداز آموزش عالی در مدل نهایی قرار گرفتند. همه مسیرها در مدل معادلات ساختاری معنادار بودند (p<0.05) و شاخص «چشمانداز آموزش عالی» بالاترین اهمیت (0.730) و «رویههای حمایتی» بالاترین عملکرد (71.418) را کسب کردند. تمامی شاخصها از روایی همگرا، واگرا و پایایی مطلوب برخوردار بودند. ادغام مؤلفههای مالکیت معنوی در چارچوب هوش تجاری میتواند ابزار دقیقی برای شناسایی، ارزیابی و بهبود کیفیت آموزش عالی فراهم کند. این رویکرد موجب مدیریت مؤثرتر داراییهای نامشهود، ارتقای نوآوری، تقویت رقابتپذیری، و دستیابی به اهداف راهبردی و توسعه پایدار در مؤسسات آموزش عالی میشود.
