راهکارهای جذب و حفظ حمایتکنندگان مالی و خیرین ورزشیار در حوزه ورزش بانوان (مطالعه موردی استان قزوین)

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شرایط علّی، زمینهای و مداخلهگر و طراحی مدلی بومی برای جذب و نگهداشت حمایتکنندگان مالی و خیرین ورزشیار در ورزش بانوان استان قزوین است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد آمیخته و بهصورت اکتشافی متوالی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با ۱۵ نفر از خبرگان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی، مدیران باشگاهها، مسئولان ادارات ورزش و جوانان، و خیرین ورزشی فعال در استان قزوین گردآوری و با روش نظریه دادهبنیاد (رویکرد نظاممند استراوس و کوربین) تحلیل شدند. در بخش کمی، بر اساس یافتههای کیفی، پرسشنامه محققساختهای با ۱۰۵ گویه طراحی و بین ۲۴۵ نفر از مدیران ورزشی، کارشناسان، خیرین و نمایندگان شرکتهای حامی مالی در ورزش بانوان استان قزوین توزیع شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزارهای SPSS 27 و SmartPLS 3 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد شرایط علّی (β=0.912، t=43.584)، شرایط زمینهای (β=0.590، t=40.622) و شرایط مداخلهگر (β=0.452، t=45.126) همگی اثر معناداری بر راهبردها دارند و راهبردها نیز بهطور معناداری پیامدها را پیشبینی میکنند (β=0.929، t=29.048). شاخص Coefficient of Determination (R²) برای سازههای درونزا بین 0.796 تا 0.863 و شاخص Goodness of Fit (GOF) برابر با 0.734 بهدست آمد که نشاندهنده برازش قوی مدل است. یافتهها نشان میدهند که توسعه زیرساختها، ارتقای توانمندی مدیریتی، بازاریابی نوین، برندینگ اجتماعی، و تعامل بینسازمانی در کنار ایجاد بسترهای قانونی و اقتصادی شفاف میتواند نقش تعیینکنندهای در جذب و نگهداشت حمایتکنندگان مالی و خیرین ورزشیار در ورزش بانوان ایفا کند. مدل ارائهشده میتواند به تقویت سرمایهگذاری پایدار و توسعه ورزش بانوان در استان کمک کند.
