بررسی تأثیر فعالیت فوق برنامه بر رشد اجتماعی و مهارتهای خلاقیت و حل مسئله در دانشآموزان دورهی اول متوسطه از دیدگاه معلمان شهر کرمانشاه (ناحیه سه)

فعالیتهای فوق برنامه یکی از عواملی است که نوجوانان با شرکت در آنها میتوانند استعدادهای خود را شکوفا و مهارتهای حل مسئله خود را افزایش دهند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان تاثیر فعالیتهای فوق برنامه بررشد اجتماعی و مهارتهای خلاقیت و حل مسئله در دانشآموزان دورهی اول متوسطه شهرکرمانشاه (ناحیه 3) از دیدگاه معلمان این ناحیه بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول مورگان 297 نفر از معلمان مقطع متوسطه تعیین و شرکتکنندگان با بهرهگیری از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در سه زمینهی رشد اجتماعی، مهارتهای خلاقیت و حل مسئله استفاده شده است. برای تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد و میانگین) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن) به کار گرفته شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد، بین دانشآموزانی که در فعالیتهای فوق برنامه شرکت میکنند نسبت به دانشآموزانی که در این فعالیتها شرکت نمیکنند تفاوت معنا داری وجود دارد و فعالیتهای فوق برنامه منجر به افزایش رشد اجتماعی و مهارتهای خلاقیت و حل مسئله در دانشآموزان میشود. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده ایجاد زمینه جهت شرکت دانشآموزان متوسطه در فعالیتهای فوق برنامه بسیار حائز اهمیت است و بسیاری از اهداف نظام آموزشی را نیز محقق میسازد.
