بررسی بازتولید تغییرات کارکردهای اجتماعی خانواده از دیدگاه زنان شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهر ملایر و تأثیر آن بر تابآوری اجتماعی-اقتصادی

هدف اصلی پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین بازتولید تغییرات کارکردهای اجتماعی خانواده و تابآوری اجتماعی-اقتصادی زنان شاغل در آموزشوپرورش شهر ملایر است تا الگویی مفهومی از چگونگی بازتولید نقشهای خانوادگی در شرایط مدرن و تأثیر آن بر تابآوری ارائه شود. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد آمیخته (کمی–کیفی) انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با ۳۰ زن فرهنگی گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک در نرمافزار Atlas.ti 9 تحلیل شد. در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه ۵۳ گویهای میان ۳۰۲ نفر از زنان شاغل آموزش و پرورش شهر ملایر توزیع گردید و دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS 28 تحلیل شد. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 0.8 و روایی صوری و محتوایی با شاخص CVR لاوشه تأیید گردید. نتایج نشان داد میان بازتولید کارکردهای اجتماعی خانواده و تابآوری اقتصادی–اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (p<0.01). تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره بیانگر آن بود که پنج عامل حمایت اجتماعی (β=0.43)، امنیت مالی و رضایت شغلی (β=0.32)، انعطافپذیری و مقاومت (β=0.25)، تعادل نقشی و مشارکت اجتماعی (β=0.23) و مدیریت مالی و برنامهریزی (β=0.18) بیشترین اثر را بر تابآوری زنان دارند، در حالی که تأثیرات اقتصادی بر روابط و چالشهای فرهنگی از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبودند. ضریب تعیین تعدیلشده (Adjusted R²=0.40) نشاندهنده قدرت تبیین نسبتاً بالای مدل بود. همچنین، میانگین تابآوری اقتصادی (2.7) اندکی بالاتر از تابآوری اجتماعی (2.5) گزارش شد، که حاکی از غلبه بُعد اقتصادی در سازگاری زنان است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که خانواده در میان زنان شاغل فرهنگی شهر ملایر در حال بازتولید کارکردهای اجتماعی خود در بستر مدرن است. این بازتولید در قالب سه فرایند فردیتسازی، بازاندیشی نقشهای جنسیتی و برونسپاری کارکردها تحقق یافته و منجر به افزایش تابآوری اقتصادی و حفظ نسبی انسجام اجتماعی خانوادهها شده است. یافتهها تأکید میکند که زنان فرهنگی با بهرهگیری از استقلال مالی، حمایت اجتماعی و شبکههای جدید ارتباطی، الگوی سازگار و مقاومی از خانواده را بازآفرینی کردهاند که همسو با تحولات اجتماعی و اقتصادی معاصر است.
