اعتبار سنجی الگوی آوای کارکنان در زیست بوم آموزش و پرورش ایران

این پژوهش با هدف اعتبارسنجی الگوی آوای کارکنان در زیستبوم آموزش و پرورش ایران انجام شد. از روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی را مدیران، معاونان و معلمان مدارس دولتی کشور تشکیل دادند که به روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای تعداد 384 نفر از آنها از استانهای اصفهان، بوشهر، گیلان، همدان و خراسان رضوی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این قسمت پرسشنامه با استفاده از نتایج بخش کیفی با 146 گویه در مقیاس پنج درجه ای لیکرت بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط تعدادی از صاحبنظران موضوعی و روایی صوری توسط تعدادی از پاسخگویان تایید شد. پایایی ابزار نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ معادل 8/0 برآورد گردید. به منظور اعتبارسنجی از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد شرایط علی آوای کارکنان شامل مولفههای تغییر در حوزه منابع انسانی، تغییرات شغلی- محیطی، شرایط مداخله گر شامل عوامل فرهنگی – اجتماعی، ارتباطات و شبکه سازی، شرایط زمینه ای شامل تغییرات رهبری، و سیمای سازمانی میباشد. راهبردهای آوای کارکنان شامل راهبردهای رشد، استراتژیهای ساختاری، و استراتژیهای منابع انسانی و پیامدها شامل نتایج فردی، و نتایج سازمانی است. همچنین نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مدل پژوهش ذیل مولفههای احصا شده، از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بوده است.
