طراحی مدلی بهمنظور ارتقای اشتیاق تحصیلی در بین دانشآموزان مقاطع متوسطه استان ایلام

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی مدلی بهمنظور ارتقای اشتیاق تحصیلی در بین دانشآموزان مقاطع متوسطه استان ایلام انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته (کیفی ـ کمی) بود. در بخش کیفی، از تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری نظری استفاده شد و دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با 15 نفر از متخصصان حوزه تعلیم و تربیت و مدیریت آموزشی گردآوری شد که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و بر اساس اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری شامل دبیران زن مقطع متوسطه استان ایلام در سال 1404 بود که از میان آنان 240 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای ـ طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه محققساخته 57 گویهای مبتنی بر یافتههای بخش کیفی بود که بر اساس طیف پنجدرجهای لیکرت تنظیم شد. دادههای کیفی با روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند و در بخش کمی از آزمون تی تکنمونهای، آزمون فریدمن، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOS-21 بهره گرفته شد. نتایج بخش کیفی منجر به شناسایی 55 مضمون در قالب 15 مؤلفه اصلی اشتیاق تحصیلی شد. نتایج آزمون تی تکنمونهای نشان داد که وضعیت اشتیاق تحصیلی و تمامی مؤلفههای آن در مدارس متوسطه استان ایلام پایینتر از میانگین نظری و در سطح نامطلوب قرار دارد (001/0>P). در رتبهبندی مؤلفهها بر اساس آزمون فریدمن، تعلق خاطر و دلبستگی با میانگین رتبه 84/8 در اولویت نخست، تلاش و پشتکار با رتبه 80/8 در اولویت دوم و مسئولیتپذیری و اخلاق تحصیلی با رتبه 67/8 در اولویت سوم قرار گرفتند. همچنین، بیشترین بار عاملی مربوط به تعامل با معلمان و همسالان (71/0=λ، 001/0>P) و کمترین بار عاملی مربوط به هدفگذاری و چشمانداز آینده (25/0=λ، 001/0>P) بود. شاخصهای برازش مدل شامل CFI=0/96، GFI=0/92 و RMSEA=0/09 نشاندهنده برازش مطلوب مدل پیشنهادی بودند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشآموزان تحت تأثیر مجموعهای از عوامل شناختی، هیجانی، رفتاری و اجتماعی قرار دارد و ارتقای آن مستلزم توجه همزمان به تعاملات آموزشی، احساس تعلق به مدرسه، انگیزش درونی، مسئولیتپذیری و مشارکت فعال دانشآموزان است. مدل طراحیشده میتواند بهعنوان چارچوبی کاربردی برای سیاستگذاران آموزشی، مدیران مدارس و مشاوران تربیتی در جهت بهبود کیفیت یادگیری و کاهش بیانگیزگی تحصیلی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
