راهبردهای مداخلات فرهنگی برای پیشگیری از مصرف مواد: مدل اجتماعی-اکولوژیکی در دانشجویان ایرانی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین مؤلفه‌ها و سطوح راهبردهای مداخلات فرهنگی مؤثر برای پیشگیری از مصرف مواد در میان دانشجویان ایرانی بر مبنای مدل اجتماعی-اکولوژیکی انجام شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل 11 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی روان‌شناسی، کارکنان مرکز مشاوره، مدیران دانشگاهی و پژوهشگران علوم رفتاری بودند که با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله‌برفی و تا دستیابی به اشباع انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته 20 تا 40 دقیقه‌ای گردآوری و پس از پیاده‌سازی، بر اساس چارچوب اجتماعی-اکولوژیکی کدگذاری و تحلیل شدند. برای افزایش اعتبار یافته‌ها نیز از بازبینی و اظهارنظر متخصصان استفاده شد. تحلیل مضمون به استخراج چهار مضمون فراگیر، هفت مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و یازده مضمون پایه منجر شد. چهار سطح اصلی مداخلات شامل سطح فردی، بین‌فردی، جامعه دانشگاهی و اجتماعی بود. در سطح فردی، آموزش مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای، مدیریت استرس، خودتنظیمی، افزایش عزت‌نفس و اصلاح نگرش نسبت به مصرف مواد برجسته بود. در سطح بین‌فردی، نظارت مؤثر والدین، حمایت خانواده و همسالان، عضویت در گروه‌های دانشجویی سلامت‌محور و فعالیت‌های گروهی اهمیت داشت. در سطح جامعه دانشگاهی، جشنواره‌های فرهنگی و رسانه‌های دانشجویی، و در سطح اجتماعی، کمپین‌های رسانه‌ای ترویج‌کننده زندگی عاری از مواد شناسایی شدند. همچنین، شرایط اقتصادی-اجتماعی مطلوب به‌عنوان عامل زمینه‌ای مؤثر بر پایداری مداخلات مطرح شد. پیشگیری فرهنگی از مصرف مواد در دانشجویان نیازمند رویکردی هماهنگ و چندسطحی است که هم‌زمان توانمندی‌های فردی، حمایت خانواده و همسالان، محیط دانشگاهی، هنجارهای اجتماعی و شرایط زمینه‌ای اقتصادی-اجتماعی را هدف قرار دهد.
