بررسی سطح روحیه دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان مازندران براساس پرسشنامه PTO

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی سطح روحیه دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان مازندران براساس پرسشنامه PTO بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجو معلمان دختر و پسر شاغل به تحصیل در شش مرکز آموزشی این دانشگاه به تعداد 3200 نفر بود که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، تعداد 356 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه روحیه معلمان بنتلی و ریمپل (1970) با 28 سؤال در 10 بعد بود که پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 0/7 تأیید شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که سطح روحیه دانشجو-معلمان در ابعاد مختلف به‌طور کلی مطلوب و بالاتر از حد متوسط است. بیشترین سطح رضایت مربوط به ارتباط مؤثر با مدیران و توجه به برنامه‌های درسی بود و کمترین میزان به حمایت جامعه از آموزش و پرورش و رفاه اقتصادی اختصاص داشت. در نتیجه می‌توان گفت که ارتقای روحیه دانشجومعلمان علاوه بر عوامل آموزشی و روانی، به بهبود شرایط اجتماعی و اقتصادی آنان نیز وابسته است و توجه به این ابعاد می‌تواند نقش مهمی در ارتقای کیفیت نظام آموزش و پرورش کشور ایفا نماید.
