Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the network of themes in a comprehensive and integrated model in the field of e-learning. E-learning is an advanced form of learning across computer networks in which the student uses electronic tools that enable interaction with peers and teachers. In this study, indices, components, and dimensions were identified exploratorily using expert opinions. Regarding the method of extracting these indices, it should be noted that this process was carried out by reviewing the existing theoretical foundations and implementing interview transcripts using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis method in ATLAS.ti software. In this regard, interviews were conducted up to the point of theoretical saturation with 19 experts in educational management. The interview texts were then analyzed through coding. The thematic analysis of identifying emerging technologies in the development of Takaful insurance, with an emphasis on artificial intelligence and blockchain, showed that 10 second-level constructive themes, 51 first-level themes, and 215 initial themes were identified. The main constructive themes include basic technological infrastructures, structured instructional design, targeted multimedia content, interactive learning environments, educational technical support, learning resource management, continuous monitoring and evaluation, learner behavior analysis, macro-level policymaking and governance, and human resource empowerment. This comprehensive and integrated model, which simultaneously and coherently addresses infrastructure, design, content, interaction, support, evaluation, analysis, policymaking, and human resources, can provide a strong foundation for education and learning in the digital age and create real transformation in the educational system.
