ارائه الگوی دانشگاه سبز بر مبنای رویکرد خلاقانه (آمیخته)

این تحقیق با هدف ارائه الگوی دانشگاه سبز بر مبنای رویکرد خلاقانه در آموزش عالی کشور عراق انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی با الگوی گونه شناسی دو مرحلهای کیفی و کمی است. تعداد نمونه برای مرحله اول 13 نفر، که از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با شیوه گلوله برفی با خبرگان مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بعمل آمد. روش نمونه گیری در بخش کمی نمونه گیری در دسترس که با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 165 نمونه از حجم جامعه290 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای محاسبه پایایی مرحله اول از شاخص کاپا استفاده شد که مقدار561/0نشان از پایایی مناسب است. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی ترکیبی و روایی همگرا و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار 793/0 تأیید شد. روش تحلیل دادهها برای مرحله اول داده بنیاد و برای مرحله دوم مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم افزار Smart PLS است. برای الگوی آزمون شده شاخص برازش مطلقGOF، 601/0به دست آمد که این مقدار نشانگر برازش مناسب الگوی آمون شده است. مثبت بودن مقادیر Q2 برای تمامی متغیرها نشان میدهد که این متغییرها اثر معنی داری بر الگوی دانشگاه سبز دارند. مقدار t برای ضرایب معناداری نشان دهنده این است رابطه معنیداری برای این رابطهها بیشتر از 96/1 است. در مجموع، این تحقیق یک الگوی جدید و منحصر به فردی برای ارتقاء دانشگاه سبز بر مبنای رویکرد خلاقانه در کشور عراق معرفی مینماید.
