شایستگیهای چندفرهنگی معلمان در آموزش هنر دیسیپلینمحور (DBAE): پیوند خلق هنر و مشارکت اجتماعی

هدف پژوهش، شناسایی و تحلیل شایستگیهای چندفرهنگی معلمان هنر با تأکید بر مشارکت اجتماعی در چارچوب آموزش دیسیپلینمحور است. این پژوهش کیفی و کاربردی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل اسناد ملی آموزش ایران و اسناد بینالمللی آموزش چندفرهنگی است. نمونهها بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب و شامل سند تحول راهبردی آموزش و پرورش، سند برنامه درسی ملی، برنامه درسی فرهنگ و هنر متوسطه، سند یونسکو (2013) و سند کمیسیون آموزش اتحادیه اروپا (2017) بودند. دادهها با روش کدگذاری تحلیل و در چارچوب DBAE تلفیق شدند. نتایج نشان داد شایستگیهای چندفرهنگی معلمان در دو محور «مشارکت و همکاری اجتماعی» و «توانمندسازی و دعوتگری دیگران» قابل طبقهبندی است. تلفیق این شایستگیها با حوزه خلق و تولید هنری در DBAE موجب تقویت خلاقیت، مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی، مهارتهای گروهی، و ایجاد فرصتهای بینفرهنگی در محیط آموزشی میشود. همچنین، مشارکت اجتماعی در فرآیند خلق هنر بستر پرورش مهارتهای ارتباطی، حل تعارض و تقویت هویت جمعی دانشآموزان را فراهم میآورد. تلفیق آموزش چندفرهنگی با رویکرد DBAE میتواند زمینهساز ایجاد محیطهای آموزشی پویا و عادلانه باشد. این ترکیب، معلمان هنر را بهعنوان تسهیلگر تعامل اجتماعی و خالق هنری توانمند میسازد و مسیر پرورش دانشآموزانی با توانایی همکاری، احترام به تنوع فرهنگی و مشارکت فعال در جامعه را هموار میکند.
