مدل آموزش شهروند جهانی در مدارس متوسطه سال اول

هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدل آموزش شهروند جهانی در مدارس متوسطه سال اول است. روش پژوهش آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) از نوع اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی روش تحلیل مضمون و در بخش کمی توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه در بخش کیفی خبرگان دانشگاهی در حوزه مدیریت آموزشی و مدیریت آموزش عالی و تکنولوژی آموزشی همچنین مدیران و معلمان مدارس متوسطه اول هستند و در بخش کمی دبیران مطالعات اجتماعی مناطق نوزده گانه در مقطع متوسطه دوره اول پسرانه و دخترانه شهر تهران (دولتی و غیردولتی)است. حجم نمونه در بخش کیفی بر اساس اصول اشباع نظری 14 نفر با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی و در بخش کمی طبق جدول مورگان 202 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقهای انجام پذیرفت. جهت جمع آوری دادهها در بخش کیفی از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. تحلیل محتوای مصاحبهها با استفاده از روش کدگذاری(مضامین پایه، سازمان دهنده و فراگیر) و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر آموزش شهروند چهانی در مدارس متوسطه اول با 6 عامل اصلی، 20زیرعامل و 8 بعد و 53 مولفه شناسایی گردید. در نهایت ابعاد و مولفهها با ضریب 0.772 بیشتر از عوامل موثر بر آموزش شهروند جهانی برای دانش آموزان تاثیرگذار بود.
