مدل مناسب جذب و گزینش دانشجومعلم برای دانشگاه فرهنگیان ایران

این پژوهش با هدف ارائه یک مدل جامع، علمی و کارآمد برای جذب و گزینش دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان ایران بر اساس مطالعه تطبیقی نظامهای برتر تربیت معلم در کشورهای منتخب انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و با روش توصیفی-پیمایشی و رویکرد کمی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل ۸۷۶ نفر از استادان، مدیران پردیسهای دانشگاه فرهنگیان و مسئولان گزینش آموزش و پرورش کشور در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳-۱۴۰۲ بود. با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و سهمیهای، ۲۷۸ نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته مبتنی بر یافتههای بخش کیفی با ۸ کد مفهومی و ۱۹ مقوله اصلی در قالب ۱۷۲ گویه بود که روایی محتوایی آن با CVR و نظر ۱۰ متخصص تأیید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 0.922 محاسبه شد. دادهها با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول و دوم و شاخصهای برازش مدل (GFI=0.972) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد مدل جذب و گزینش شامل هشت صلاحیت اصلی است: صلاحیتهای عمومی، علمی، عاطفی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اخلاقی، اعتقادی و سیاسی. ضرایب پایایی تمام ابعاد بیش از 0.7 و میانگین واریانس استخراجشده بالاتر از 0.5 بود. شاخصهای برازش مدل نشاندهنده انطباق مناسب و اعتبار ساختاری بالای مدل پیشنهادی است. مدل ارائهشده میتواند به عنوان ابزاری معتبر و بومیشده در فرایند انتخاب و توسعه حرفهای دانشجومعلمان در ایران بهکار رود و زمینهساز ارتقای کیفیت تربیت معلم، توسعه شایستگیهای حرفهای و تربیت دانشآموزان متعهد و توانمند شود.
